Proudly she has served a large portion of that time filling leadership roles with the state, local and national real estate associations. Most notably, she was President of the Board of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization in 2014 and was awarded Realtor® of the Year in 2015.

In 2021, Adam was honored to receive the 30 under 30 award from the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2023, Adam received Florida REALTORS® highest honor, becoming board certified, one of the first 20 REALTORS® to become board certified in the entire state.
