Brandi Gabbard

As an accomplished real estate broker with over $70M in sales, she has specialized in the Tampa Bay area for over 18 years. Proudly she has served a large portion of that time filling leadership roles with the state, local and national real estate associations. Most notably, she was President of the Board of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization in 2014 and was awarded Realtor® of the Year in 2015.

Adam Gurske

In 2024, he serves as President for the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of REALTORS® and serves on the board of directors for the Florida Association of REALTORS®. In 2020, Adam received REALTOR® of the year for the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of REALTORS®. In 2021, Adam was honored to receive the 30 under 30 award from the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2023, Adam received Florida REALTORS® highest honor, becoming board certified, one of the first 20 REALTORS® to become board certified in the entire state.

Brandi became a real estate licensee and Realtor® in 2015. She is proud to be a Florida native and has a passion for helping others; using her creativity and willingness to give “Extra” is what makes her a great Realtor®. She is honest and very hardworking, two of her best qualities as a Realtor®. Brandi leads with Knowledge, Experience and Ethics, she works hard to give the community the best Real Estate Experience. Brandi is married and is the mother of four children. Her passions are saltwater fishing and cooking, and anything to do with her children and sports.

Brenda served as the President of the Naples Area Board of Realtors in 2010 and 2011. She is the proud recipient of the Naples Area Board of Realtors Hall of Fame Award for 2022, Realtor of the Year in 2012 and Florida Realtors Realtor Achievement Award in 2019.

Diana is a lifelong believer in giving back to the community. She has served on various committees supporting community development, affordable housing and economic growth and is involved in the local, state and national REALTOR association leadership. She is a second generation REALTOR, and the Broker-Owner of Sound Investments Real Estate.

He feels that affordable housing is recognized as an issue in Central and South Florida, but is also a huge problem in North Florida and the Panhandle. With 40+ years of experience in the industry, she has a deep knowledge and intimate understanding of the local market. In addition, she holds the Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS), aligning her with an influential network of international professionals on a global level. Sherri has been very active in organized real estate; served as President of the Florida Realtors and testified before Congress on behalf of our Veterans to help remove barriers to housing for those that have served our country.

Brad has been a Realtor® member and Broker since 1986. Brad was the 2006 President of his local board and 2008 DVP for the Florida Realtors®, and 2009 Realtor® of the Year for Greater Tampa Realtors®. Brad has been on the Board of Directors for the Homeownership For All license plate for many years and has previously served as Chair. The funding the license plate sales has provided has enhanced the affordable housing providers ability to close the gap for families that are renters to become homeowners!

Tim has been in the real estate business since the age of 18 and became a Realtor® at 19. He has served on The Realtors® Association of Indian River County in 2023 as their President and will be the District 3 DVP for Florida Realtors® in 2026. He also serves his local church as a Sunday School Teacher, and he loves coaching little league baseball. Tim is an advocate for the American Dream which is Homeownership.
